The Bob Hope Theatre strives to be open and accessible to everyone, and has implemented a range of measures to assist and support our patrons.

Accessible booking
o If you are unable to book tickets online, or prefer to book direct, then please telephone or email our Box Office.
Companion tickets
o The Bob Hope Theatre is pleased to offer companion tickets for their own productions (i.e. by the Bob Hope Theatre Actors’ Company).
o To book a companion ticket please contact our Box Office by telephone or email (these cannot be booked online).
o Proof of eligibility may be requested e.g. evidence of an Access card.
Relaxed performances
o For certain productions we are pleased to offer “relaxed performances”, which are specially adapted to be more welcoming and accessible for individuals.
o To book tickets for these performances please contact our Box Office by telephone or email (these cannot be booked online) so we can take account of any specific needs and make your experience as enjoyable as possible.
Hearing loop
o If you have a hearing aid with a ‘T’ setting, you can make use of the hearing loop in the main auditorium.
o To use our loop system, turn on the ‘T’ setting on your hearing device.
Wheelchair users
o We have level access to our building, and all front of house areas are step-free, including the foyer, bar, auditorium and accessible toilet.
o We have two spaces in our auditorium available for wheelchair users. Please note these are spaces for wheelchairs only and cannot double as a regular seat.
o To book wheelchair spaces please contact our Box Office via telephone or email.
Disabled parking
o Although our theatre does not have its own parking facilities, we do have one space on our forecourt which may be available to blue badge users.
o To book this space, please contact our Box office.
o This parking space must be pre-booked and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
o Further parking is available in nearby streets, including on yellow/double-yellow lines subject to relevant restrictions.
Accessible toilet
o We have one toilet at the front of the building, located near the entrance to the bar, which is accessible for everyone, including wheelchair users.
